Lately, I’ve been in several recruitment planning discussions with companies, which have included heavy interest in PPC or Pay Per Click, advertising. Whether it Google, Yahoo!, SimplyHired, or Indeed, PPC is starting to, finally, become mainstream lingo for strategic recruiting types and more importantly SEM is starting to become a budgeted item.
