After my last post, TMP Career Fairs in Second Life, I received some intel which pushed me toward Network In World. NIW is apparently the TMP Second Life Career Fair marketing page, which is filled with glitz, glamour, and ready to dazzle staffing organizations right out of thousands of marketing dollars.

This whole experience reminds me of the days when a Monster Exec was water-skiing behind a blimp, “Wow, that’s cool but how’s it going to help me fill these reqs?“, back when flash was more important than hires?
