Over the last month or so RecruitingBlogs.com has exploded with new users, new bloggers,content, forums, and just plain old fashioned social networking. Jason posted this video yesterday and I thought it extremely fitting to share with my readers.

well put Chad - I think JD’s initiative to get us together on the wonderful NING platform has made us all aware how boring sites are that just bunch of links to other peoples’ high school magazine level journalistic efforts, compared to actual social networking platforms for likeminded people.
Perhaps that penny dropped with JG as well? Maybe he should have spent shareholder dollars on buying Sumser’s old site, where the real value was one lead article / day rather than 36 links to marginally relevant stuff…
