Kudos to MRI Indianapolis for creating a truly hip and practical job board equipped with video listings, video recruiter bios, and much more video!
After reviewing the site I see 2 options for hiring companies:
1) Hire these guys.
2) Mimic what they’re doing.
Has anyone else come across a site using relevant video content better?
