It’s exciting to see more and more companies embrace this new incredibly viral and penetrating medium. Check out some new videos from McGraw-Hill and HD Supply that I hope to see on YouTube in the near future..
MY ADVICE
Get VIDEO into your 2008 recruitment budget, and if it’s already in your budget, make room for more…

Good to have you back! I am not a big fan of video as I’ve stated before (I think that eventually I’ll be a turncoat) but I will agree with you that video does evoke emotion. I think because it can SHOW you. You can tell people all day long about your office environment, and the great campus and the nice people but video you can SEE it. It’s like evidence to a jobseeker jury, if you will.

video gives a glimpse into the CAUSE and REASON behind the corporate environment…it gives a jobseeker the glimpse into WHAT they are getting themselves into…get behind the cause or stay on the dock while the ship leaves.
