Young upstarts, LocalHelpWanted.net, take a couple swings at Jobster, or their fictional version “Employster“. It’s a poorly produced (maybe by design?) although entertaining little video which begs the question…

That was funny, then I went to thier site, WOW, painful. I’m not sure what usability tests they are using, but two suggestions.

No question since they’ve started the egg throwing, through video, more will be coming back at them… But maybe, just maybe that’s exactly what they want?
We used it but didn’t find it very useful; and now I know why. We asked the wrong questions! If only someone had explained it to us we could have had more fun…..
