Earlier this month Forbes rated the Best Cities for Jobs in 2008 and this week Fortune rated the Best Companies to Work for in 2008, which lists their Top 100 employers. So in Letterman-like fashion I’m offering the Top 10 Best Companies to Work for in 2008! Drum roll please!!

Does anyone know which of these companies have implemented ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment)? I’m on the job hunt circuit and if one of these companies has ROWE in place, I’m there.
